The specialist legal accounting team at William Duncan & Co has a full understanding of the Law Society of Scotland requirements which govern our clients, and our staff regularly attend training courses to ensure that their knowledge is kept fully up-to-date. Our team also has practical experience of using the main computer software packages within solicitors’ practices.
We provide a high quality service which ensures that the solicitor complies with all Law Society of Scotland requirements within the tight reporting timescales imposed.

- Assistance, if required, carrying out examinations of the practice’s books and records to ensure that the partners can certify that the business complies with the Accounts Rules and Incidental Investment Business Rules as set out by the Law Society of Scotland
